(El Centro Imperial Valley Press, CA) Woman Killed After Hitting Caterpillar Asphalt Grinder  Apr 3, 2009 GLENWOOD, Iowa -- A woman killed Wednesday afternoon after her car hit a Caterpillar asphalt grinder along Interstate 29 has been identified. Michale Joleen Mattes, 66, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to Iowa State Patrol Trooper Aaron Nordyke.
