I've been in the industry a long time, and I know that the occupational health and safety rules mean disposing of your nail files, using hospital-grade disinfectant, and using an autoclaves - a high grade disinfecting machine which runs on distilled water, costing about $4,000 - $5,000 - and then you have to pay expensive rent.
