    now instead of wasting time and gas running around only to be told, we don't carry it but will order it" that I simply log on and order direct.I needed a simple set of 42" blades for my mower, went to the dealer where I bought it, was told they don't carry them, went to walmart, they carry them but are out and since they are "seasonal" it will be next year before they get them in, no luck at any of the local stores, again, a simple set of mower blades must be ordered, same with belts. customer...
