What I want to know is why the street sweeper never comes to the south side of El Centro. Other parts of the city have a certain day when the street sweeper comes by and cleans the street. If anyone wants to see a swamp, simply drive by Willow Bend and look at virtually every intersection. You’ll notice the city drains plugged up with dirt that actually grows grass. Trail Creek Drive isn’t far behind, as well as Jackrabbit Drive. All of the dirt collects on the side of the streets and on any parked car resulting in what looks like an abandoned vehicle. This is perfect for the little three-wheeled police cruiser to issue citations to vehicles that appear to be abandoned and non-operable.
